§ Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team for an effective search for national sales leads and prospects.
§ Focus on Expansion of Business by Identifying & entering in new market and customers.
§ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
§ Supports team member in adding new customer base and service existing customers and Provides timely, accurate, approvals on Price, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
§ Responsible for Relationship Management with customers and Bringing New Business
§ Adheres to all Company’s policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
§ Insures that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings.
§ Provide Market-Competitor /Client feedback to Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs.
§ Must be aware of domestic variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
§ Should be familiar with state wise business concepts, practices, and procedures.
§ Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
§ Lead and Coordinate all logistic, distribution and delivery with Supply Chain group.
§ Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly DSR review & submission with complete details to drive sales.
§ Responsible for collection of Payments within defined credit period
